Product Overview
Carten-Fujikin’s Tank valve offers unique advantages over traditional weir tank valves for biotech/pharma/sanitary applications. An innovative internal profile design ensures the largest flow capacity available in the industry, allowing rapid emptying of tanks and bioreactors, and high velocity CIP rinse.
Carten-Fujikin’s BTV series has gravity-draining capability, can be installed with outlet facing any orientation, is maintenance friendly, has no hold up volume and can be provided with an optional CIP/SIP port for pre-sterilisation.
Valves utilising thin-wall technology are available for POU applications and tanks/vessels where weight, footprint, cost-efficiency, and parts standardisation provide further significant advantages versus alternative valve series.
