Product Overview
Carten-Fujikin’s BNW Series contains a unique diaphragm sealing system eliminating polymer creep, therefore increasing the durability and thermal cycling capability beyond ASME BPE standard requirements. Constant re-torqueing and replacement of diaphragms is unnecessary, reducing variability to system and process performance.
The unique top works thin-wall technology for manual and pneumatic versions facilitates a light weight product suitable for reducing unnecessary weight on process skids. Sterilization capability of up to 150°C, and system pressure up to 10 BAR, ensure the lowest total cost of ownership for equipment makers and system owners. The BNW series is available in 2-Way and block configurations.
